Roundtable was founded by long-time independent contractors who banded together to form a collective that was better able to navigate the challenging DoD consulting environment and to mitigate exorbitant pass throughs and low billing rates.  Roundtable’s business model attempts to right that situation by providing an environment where 1099s feel comfortable and are privy to the negotiations on their behalf.  Our unique transparent approach to billing and pay means that our contractors are confident that they are being fairly treated and compensated.  This approach has the additional benefit that, due to our small overhead and pass through, we are able to provide quality consultants to our partners most times at lower billing rates than other companies.  Consultants make more, Clients pay less.  Its a winning formula.

Roundtable is a direct subcontractor on multiple large, long-term DoD SAP implementations.  We are always hiring!  We are constantly growing and improving our team of knowledgeable and experienced consultants so that we can provide the very best service and solutions to our clients.  Even if there are no current openings above, we always welcome inquiries!
